Salle de l'Europe, La Rotonde & Le FoyerLevel 1

For a large-scale event such as a corporate seminar, plenary room, conference or show, our two large combined lounges of La Rotonde & Salle de l’Europe can accommodate up to 600 persons. This harmonious set of 364 to 562 sqm is equipped with a stage of 82 sqm with a lifting platform, 3 simultaneous translation booths, 2 artists' changing room and an audio-video control room.

Le Foyer, with its 256 sqm surface, is perfectly suitable for an exhibition hall or a cocktail area. Its two terraces, of which one facing the lake, will definitely delight your guests.

Annecy Congress is a meeting room of 24 sqm with views on the Imperial park. Its proximity to the Salle de l’Europe, the Rotonde de l’Europe and the control room allows it to be used as an additional artist’s changing room or as lounge area for children during your wedding reception.

La Tente Impériale

Also located on the 3rd floor, in the west wing of the building of the Imperial Palace, the Tente Imperiale offers a panoramic view from its private terrace on the outside environment and will certainly amaze your guests. This refined and contemporary outstanding marquee, with white ceiling hangings, can be converted into a meeting area for business or a reception venue depending on your needs and the setup of your event.

In a cosy atmosphere with warm tones, these fully renovated lounges have different modular spaces with views on Lake Annecy and the mountains bathed in daylight. This quiet environment is ideal to welcome different types of events such as conference, subcommittee, executive board, cocktail, etc...
